- Carbon fiber felt lining (lower 6") rated to 1,800°F to protect from hot muzzles
- Custom composite‑coated steel frame made from 1" plastic‑coated tubing with industrial‑strength brackets
- Frame assembles to the cart in under 10 minutes; scabbard slides on/off in seconds and secures with a side‑release buckle
- Retention strap limits access to the trigger
- Rain cover keeps your rifle dry in any weather
